Ensemble will rehearse 1 day per week for 1 hour. Ensemble groups will be assigned after lead auditions and posted with the cast list by 3/19 at 7 pm.

Details

The only way to save your spot is to pay in full, make your first payment, or turn in a scholarship application.

 

Please enroll online by clicking the ENROLL button above.  You must create a parent account to enroll your students in this production. $175 Tuition fee covers script, show shirt, rehearsal tracks, and 8 weeks of instruction in singing, dancing, and acting.  Those who enroll and complete this instruction are guaranteed a role in the ensemble of the production.  Ensemble will rehearse 1 day per week for 1 hour. Please attend at the times listed above for the first rehearsal. Normal rehearsal times are between 2:10-4:10 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Lead auditions will be on Wednesday, 3/15 from 2:10-3:10 for 1st & 2nd grade, and 2:30-4:10 pm for 3rd-5th graders. Only those interested in auditioning for a lead role in the show need to attend this day. If cast as a lead role, a $100 Principle lead fee or $50 Featured lead fee is required to cover additional instruction time due online by 3/22/23. Performers will provide their own costumes or pay a costume fee for pieces we provide. Detailed costume information will be sent out at a later date.  

 

All rehearsals will be held in the Carver Auditorium. You must pre-enroll and pay prior to the first rehearsal in order to participate by clicking the enroll button above.  Full cast is called on the first Monday at times listed above, and then will be assigned to a specific day and time for the remaining weeks.  Once cast, leads will be scheduled each week on specific days and times depending on what scenes and songs we are working on. Performers can be cast in a group that meets either rehearsal day and either the first hour of rehearsal or the second hour of rehearsal.  Those called only for the second hour that are not being picked up by parents, must go to school supervised Coachie hour or if in CDC report to those programs and we will work it out with them on sending kids to us at the appropriate time.  Detailed schedule posted after casting.

 

PLEASE NOTE...Mandatory Tech. week rehearsals are May 8-10, 2023 from 2:10-5 pm and performances are May 11 & 12, 2023 at 7 pm.  Minimum of 30 students enrolled or program will be cancelled. Limited space available. This will be first come first served by enrolling online.  Your spot will not be saved unless 1st payment is received or a scholarship application has been received. Limited number of scholarships available to those in financial need.  Please click HERE for the scholarship application and email it to asp@yayasacademy.com
